Equiem and Metrikus launch Smart

We are excited to announce our partnership with Equiem, the global leader in commercial tenant experience technology. Their market-leading app is used by 170,000 people across 60 million square foot (5.5 million square metres) of commercial real estate worldwide. Together, we have launched Smart, a series of dashboards that report on real-time lobby traffic, building occupancy and indoor air quality.
What is Smart?
Smart is designed to help companies get employees back to work safely by controlling re-entry to their offices, managing queues to elevators, and monitoring occupancy levels in common areas and facilities. The data is also available to employees to enable them to make informed decisions about whether or not it is safe for them to access their workplace on a given day.
Smart sensors can be installed across a building of any size, particularly in areas of interest such as lobbies The captured data is then fed to customisable dashboards on Equiem’s desktop and mobile apps which are accessible by both landlords and tenants.
